Top up my e-ticket
Prepare for the Festival
If your Bracelet is not being shipped, you can top up your e-ticket in your Tomorrowland Account.
Step 1: Go to your Tomorrowland Account under the tab "My Bracelet".
Step 2: Click “Activate” and enter the 9-digit barcode of your e-ticket.
Step 3: You can now top up your e-ticket with Pearls.
At the Festival, you can pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet, which will be linked to your e-ticket. Any topped-up Pearls will automatically be transferred. Your Bracelet can be used to pay for food and drinks throughout the Festival.
The exchange rate for Pearls is:
฿62.50 THB = 1 Pearl
฿500 - 8 Pearls
฿1,000 - 16 Pearls
฿2,000 - 32 Pearls
฿5,000 - 80 Pearls + 2 bonus Pearls
฿10,000 - 160 Pearls + 5 bonus Pearls
฿15,000 - 240 Pearls + 8 bonus Pearls
฿20,000 - 320 Pearls + 12 bonus Pearls
฿40,000 - 640 Pearls + 25 bonus Pearls
The maximum amount you can top up at once is ฿40,000. Please note that the maximum balance on your Account cannot exceed ฿190,000.
If you top up your Bracelet or e-ticket before the bonus Pearls deadline for your weekend, you will receive bonus Pearls.
• Top up ฿5,000 and receive 2 bonus Pearls
• Top up ฿10,000 and receive 5 bonus Pearls
• Top up ฿15,000 and receive 8 bonus Pearls
• Top up ฿20,000 and receive 12 bonus Pearls
• Top up ฿40,000 and receive 25 bonus Pearls
