Exchange Desk

Passes registered on the Exchange Desk are offered for sale via the Waiting List. Registering your Passes on the Exchange Desk does not guarantee that someone will buy them.
The deadline to register your Passes on the Exchange Desk is August 30, 2026 - 13:00 CEST | 18:00 GMT +7.

In case your Passes are sold, you will be informed by email. You can receive this email until one week before the event. If your Passes are sold, you will receive a refund within 8 weeks. A 450 THB ticket refund fee per Pass will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to register Passes to the Exchange Desk:
• If you are the Main Buyer go to your Tomorrowland Account
• Go to the event page of Tomorrowland Thailand
• Below your tickets you will see a button with "Exchange Passes"
• Select which Passes you want to put on the Exchange Desk and click "Submit"

Important:
• Registering your Passes on the Exchange Desk is final and cannot be undone.
• The Exchange Desk is not available for Hotel Packages & Discover Thailand Packages.
