Personalization Process

Personalization is now available in your Tomorrowland Account. Please make sure to personalize your Festival Pass(es) before the deadline of August 26, 2026 - 23:59 GMT+7.

Go to the Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 event page in your Tomorrowland Account. Once the personalization period begins, you will be able to claim a Festival Pass for yourself or send a Festival Pass to your friend.

Your friend(s) will receive an email notification informing them that you, as the Main buyer, invited them to claim a Festival Pass that they can personalize in their name via their Tomorrowland Account. 

Until your friend does not personalize their Festival Pass, you will be able to revoke their Festival Pass and send it to another friend.

For each Festival Pass, you or your friend(s) will need to fill in the following personal details: First name, last name, address, gender, date of birth, phone number, and email.

Please double check your personal details. No changes will be possible after personalization.

You can only confirm the personalization once all required information for each Festival Pass has been completed. Once personalization is complete, your Festival Passes will become available in your Tomorrowland Account closer to the event. The Main Buyer will also be able to view all Festival Passes in the order.
