General Terms and Conditions Tomorrowland Thailand 2026

These General Terms and Conditions Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 (“Conditions”) apply to the purchase of Festival Products and/or Services by the Customer through all Official Sales Channels and the use of such Festival Products and/or Services by the Festival Visitor (all as defined below).

Depending on the Festival Products and/or Services You purchase, specific terms and conditions may apply in addition to the present Conditions. In such case, You will be adequately informed during the purchase process and will be requested to approve such terms before completing Your purchase.

1. Definitions

1.1 Agreement: the agreement between the Customer and the Official Sales Channel (as applicable) for the purchase and use of Festival Products and/or Services. The Agreement consists of the present Conditions, the purchase confirmation and any other provisions attached to or referred to in these Conditions, and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of Ticketmelon, IAsia and/or the Travel Partner (as applicable).

1.2 Bracelet Fee: The price charged for a Pick Up sale, where the Tomorrowland Bracelet can be collected at the Pick Up box office at the Festival. The Bracelet Fee will be announced on www.thailand.tomorrowland.com before the official start of ticket sales for the Festival. Treasure Cases are not included in admission tickets purchased as part of a Pick Up sale.

1.3 Cashless Account: the online account that the Festival Visitor may create via its Tomorrowland Account with the relevant provider for the purpose of purchasing Pearls, which is subject to the specific conditions made availabe in full text when purchasing Pearls;

1.4 Conditions: the present general terms and conditions, including their annexes.

1.5 Consumer: the natural person not acting in the course of his or her commercial, business, craft or professional activity.

1.6 Customer, You, Your, Main Buyer means the Consumer, legal entity or de facto association that enters into the Agreement for the purchase and use of the Festival Products and/or Services as provided herein.
1.7 Exchange Desk: The only official point of (re)sale for Tomorrowland Thailand Festival Passes purchased directly from the Festival Organiser (via the Ticketmelon platform), operational for a limited period of time, as specified on the Tomorrowland website, and accessible via the Main Buyer's Tomorrowland Account. The Exchange Desk is not open to purchases made from other parties, such as TL Travel and/or Travel Partners, nor for guest tickets or Exclusive (VVIP) Packages.

1.8 Festival: the 2026 edition of the electronic dance music festival 'Tomorrowland Thailand', taking place at “Wisdom Valley’’ (Khao Mai Kaeo, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand), from 11 December to 13 December 2026.

1.9 Festival Organiser: WEAREONE.WORLD (THAILAND) CO., LTD., a company incorporated under Thai law, having its registered office at 88/7, Srinakarin-Romklao Road, Khlong Song Ton Nun Sub-district, Lat Krabang District, Bangkok, with Business Registration Number 010556864524 (contact: info@tomorrowlandthailand.com), the organiser and producer of the Festival.

1.10 Festival Travel Package: the various package holidays offered for sale by TL Travel and/or the Travel Partner(s), including (depending on the specific package) an entry ticket to the Festival, accommodation, and/or transport. Specific conditions of sale apply to Festival Travel Packages. When purchasing such a package, You will be asked to accept those conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, those specific conditions will prevail over the present Conditions at all times.

1.11 Festival Products and/or Services means the products and/or services relating to the Festival, as offered to and purchased by the Customer through the Official Sales Channels, including, without limitation (i) Festival admission tickets, as described in detail at www.thailand.tomorrowland.com, offered by the Festival Organiser and (ii) Festival Travel Packages, offered by TL Travel and/or any other Travel Partner. Vouchers may be added to such purchase and vary according to the Official Sales Channel. The purchase of Vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions set out in Annex 3. Pearls may be purchased through the Cashless Account and at the Festival, according to the terms for cashless payments, made available in full text when purchasing Pearls.

1.12 Festival Site: ‘’Wisdom Valley’’ (Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri Province, Thailand).

1.13 Festival Visitor: The natural person who visits the Festival and thereto holds a valid authorization, e.g. a Tomorrowland Bracelet (as defined in this Agreement), and ultimately uses the Festival Products and/or Services in accordance with the Agreement (such as, for example, the guests of Hospitality Packages; individuals who purchase Festival Products and/or Services in their own name and for their own account; etc.).

1.14 Force Majeure: Any of the following circumstances which render the performance of obligations (other than payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the Festival impossible, impracticable or unsafe: natural disaster, Bad Weather Conditions, unavoidable accident, fire, strike or other industrial action, war or threat of war, act of hostility towards the state, act of terrorism or threat thereof, riot or civil commotion, national emergency, promulgation, rule, order or act of any government or instrument of government, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), pandemic (including a health pandemic), interruption or significant delay or failure of technical facilities, or failure or significant delay of necessary transport services, travel bans, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, as applicable. “Bad Weather Conditions” as mentioned in the definition of Force Majeure above means: the (imminent) presence of heavy gusts of wind, thunderstorms, tornadoes, extreme precipitation (rain, hail, or snow), avalanche danger, extreme heat, and/or weather conditions that adversely affect the organisation of the Festival or the safety of people and/or goods, in the broadest sense.

1.15 Hospitality Packages: the Festival Products and/or Services which are offered under this name, inclusive of Exclusive Packages and to which specific conditions, as mentioned through the corresponding Official Sales Channels, apply.

1.16 IAsia: IASIA (THAILAND) CO., LTD., a company incorporated under Thai law, having its registered office at 3332 Viwatchai Building, Unit A, 4th Floor, Phaholyonthin Road, Jomphon Sub-district, Chatuchak District, Bangkok 10900, the Festival Organiser's partner for the sale of Travel Packages.

1.17 Official Sales Channel: the official channels for the sale of Festival Products and/or Services of the Festival Organiser and Travel Partner(s). Festival Products and/or Services offered through the Festival Organiser are processed through Ticketmelon, the service provider of the Festival Organiser.

1.18 Pearls: the official currency of the Festival. Pearls can be purchased through the Cashless Account and at the Festival and loaded onto the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject to the specific conditions made available when purchasing Pearls.

1.19 Pick Up: the delivery method whereby the Customer must pick up his/her admission tickets for the Festival at the designated box office near the Festival Site.

1.20 Ticketmelon: Ticketmelon Co., Ltd. operates an online platform for ticket sales and admission management and has been contracted by the Festival Organiser as a supplier to make its platform available to the Festival Organiser who may thus enter into an Agreement with the Customer for the sale of certain Festival Products and Services as set out in this Agreement.

1.21 Ticket Refund Fee: if an admission ticket for the Festival purchased from the Festival Organiser (via the Ticketmelon platform) is refunded after purchase, according to the refund provisions stated here, a Ticket Refund Fee will be charged for each refunded admission ticket and thus deducted from the refund amount. The Ticket Refund Fee depends on the type of admission ticket, as well as the date on which the admission ticket is cancelled, and will be announced on www.thailand.tomorrowland.com before the official start of ticket sales for the Festival.

1.22 Tomorrowland Account: the online account individuals can create at my.tomorrowland.com and through which one can pre-register (to the extent pre-registrations are organised by the Festival Organiser) for the sale of Festival Products and/or Services and stay up-to-date on all Tomorrowland news.

1.23 Tomorrowland Bracelet: Festival Visitors can only access the Festival and use their purchased Pearls via a personalised and activated bracelet. If You have purchased a Comfort pass, Hospitality Package or Exclusive Tables admission ticket, Your Tomorrowland Bracelet will give You access to the corresponding zones. A Tomorrowland Bracelet is personal and can only allow one (1) person access to the Festival

1.24 Travel Packages: The various Festival Travel Packages offered for sale through IAsia. Specific conditions of sale of IAsia apply to Travel Packages. Upon purchase of a Travel Package, You will be asked to accept those terms and conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, those specific terms and conditions shall prevail over these Conditions at all times.

1.25 Travel Partner(s): Tomorrowland's official travel partners expressly listed on www.thailand.tomorrowland.com who offer Festival Travel Packages, including an admission ticket to the Festival, additional services, and offer them through their own sales channels.

1.26 Treasure Case: the case containing the Tomorrowland Bracelet, as sent to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement.

1.27 Treasure Case Fee: the price charged to the Customer for the shipping of the Treasure Case with the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The Treasure Case Fee depends on the shipping address (i.e. Thailand vs. WorldWide) and may as such vary from order to order. The Treasure Case Fee will be announced on www.thailand.tomorrowland.com before the official start of ticket sales for the Festival. If Your order is cancelled before 31 July 2026, Thailand time (GMT+7), the Treasure Case Fee will be refunded. If Your order is cancelled after 31 July 2026, Thailand time (GMT+7), the Treasure Case Fee will not be refunded (as shipping of the Treasure Case will have already started by then). The Treasure Case Fee is not included in the Ticket Refund Fee and will be charged/withheld (as applicable) separately.

1.28 Voucher: A Tomorrowland voucher is a document regarding an additional purchase, issued by the Festival Organiser or an independent third party that entitles the holder thereof to specific products or services, as applicable (e.g. restaurants, locker providers or shuttle services), on or around the Festival Site. Vouchers are promoted and offered for sale through the Ticketmelon platform or a platform of the independent third party. Specific terms and conditions may apply to the purchase of a Voucher, as stated on the Official Sales Channel.

1.29 Waiting List: If one or more types of tickets for the Festival are sold out, the Festival Organiser may open a waiting list. By registering on the Waiting List, You authorise the Festival Organiser to contact you if admission tickets become available again and the admission tickets may be offered to You through Waiting List sales.

2. Scope of the Conditions

2.1 The Annexes form an integral part of the Conditions. The Customer is requested to accept the Conditions during the purchase process and at the latest when entering into an Agreement through the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent version of the Conditions at www.thailand.tomorrowland.com; or on request from the Festival's customer service department by writing to info@tomorrowlandthailand.com.

2.2 Before You participate in the Festival, and regardless of the Official Sales Channel where You made Your purchase, You will be required to read, accept and comply with these Conditions in full, in the absence of which the Festival Organiser reserves the right to deny Your access to the Festival.

2.3 If You purchase Festival Products and/or Services not only for yourself but also for others, we remind You that it is Your sole responsibility to inform those people of these Conditions and any other terms and conditions that may apply to Your purchase (including the terms and conditions mentioned in article 2.4 below), and to obtain their agreement to those terms and conditions prior to Your purchase. For the record, if and to the extent that a direct relationship should arise between the Festival Organiser and the aforementioned persons in the context of the performance of the Agreement (for example, upon the creation of a Tomorrowland Account or the purchase of Pearls or Vouchers), these other Festival Visitors will be asked to read and accept all applicable terms and conditions and related policies.

2.4 When You purchase Festival Products and/or Services through a Travel Partner, the Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organiser) is Your contracting party. You will enter into a direct agreement with such partner and You will then be subject to their own terms and conditions of sale.

It is the sole responsibility of such Travel Partner to provide You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions, including these Conditions, during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the agreement with You. The Travel Partner, as applicable, will be required to also obtain Your approval of these Conditions. The terms and conditions of the Travel Partner, as applicable, prevail over these Conditions in case of conflict. You are required to contact the Travel Partner, as applicable, for all matters relating to the performance of Your Agreement with the Travel Partner, as applicable. The Festival Organiser is released from any contractual responsibility or liability to You.

2.5 Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) of Thailand.

3. Festival Products and/or Services: general provisions

3.1 No right of cancellation

As the number available for the purchase of Festival Products and/or Services is limited, in order to neither affect the rights of other potential Customers, nor cause damage to the Festival Organiser, to the extent permitted by applicable law, You will not be allowed to cancel your ticket purchase, unless it is expressly specified otherwise in these Conditions.

3.2 Age limit

The minimum age for access to the Festival is twenty (20) years. No exception shall be made to this rule even if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adult. The Festival Organiser is entitled to deny access to the Festival if it is demonstrated, for example through the identity check mentioned below, that the Festival Visitor has not reached that age at the start of the Festival.

3.3 Official Sales Channels

3.3.1 Festival Products and/or Services can only be purchased through the Official Sales Channels.

3.3.2 Festival Products and/or Services obtained by any other means (through another sales channel or by somehow circumventing the procedure prescribed in the pre-registration link giving access to the online ticket shop) shall not be considered valid by the Festival Organiser and the Festival Organiser reserves the right to refuse the holder of such admission ticket access to the Festival.

3.3.3 It is prohibited to sell Festival Products and/or Services to third parties or offer Festival Products and/or Services in any other way, commercially or promotionally, directly or indirectly, to third parties. In such situations, ticket holders may be denied access to the Festival

3.3.4 The Festival Organiser applies a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraud. This includes, without limitation, the unauthorised resale, transfer or offer for sale of one or more tickets, the use of multiple accounts in violation of these Conditions, providing false identity information, or any other attempt to circumvent the official sales procedures. As soon as any fraudulent behaviour is detected the Festival Organiser and/or the official ticket vendor reserves the right to immediately cancel Your entire Order without refund, refusal of access to the Festival without refund or refusal of access to any future editions of the Festival. All costs resulting from such cancellation shall be recovered from the buyer. In the context of fraud prevention, suspected fraud, misuse of the sales process, or any breach or suspected breach of these Conditions, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to request additional official documentation from the Main Buyer. Such documentation may include, without limitation, proof of identity, proof of residence, proof of payment, or any other supporting documents deemed necessary to verify compliance with these Conditions. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the reasonable deadline set by the Festival Organiser may result in the cancellation of Your Order, refusal of access to the Festival, and any other appropriate measures in accordance with these Conditions.

3.3.5 The falsification and/or misuse of Festival Products and/or Services is subject to criminal prosecution.

3.4 Tomorrowland Account and Pre-Registration

General

3.4.1 Unless otherwise specified by the Festival Organiser, Festival Products and/or Services can only be sold to people who have a Tomorrowland Account, which can be created at www.my.tomorrowland.com. In any event, the Festival Organiser recommends creating a Tomorrowland Account.

3.4.2 When creating a Tomorrowland Account, You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy for the Tomorrowland Account. In the Tomorrowland Account the country of residence, nationality and age will be registered.

3.4.3 The Festival Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel and offer for resale admission tickets for the Festival that do not comply with the provisions of this Article 3. In such case, the purchase price for the ticket(s) in question will be refunded to the Main Buyer (and only to the Main Buyer) after deduction of the Ticket Refund Fee and any refund of the Treasure Case Fee, as applicable, and always subject to the cancellation provisions set out in this Agreement.

3.4.4 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel Your purchase for technical reasons (e.g. if existing quotas are exceeded).

Preregistration

3.4.5 Only a Tomorrowland Account can give access to pre-registration for the sale of admission tickets for the Festival. The Festival Organiser shall inform Tomorrowland Account holders of the start of pre-registrations via the Tomorrowland Account and the contact details provided during account registration. Automated pre-registrations are not permitted.

3.4.6 As soon as the official sale of Festival Products and/or Services starts, the account holder may access the Ticketmelon and Travel Packages online ticket shop via the link in the Tomorrowland Account. The Festival Organiser shall operate a queuing system so that – to the extent possible – each person who gains access to the online ticket shop has the opportunity to purchase tickets. Only one place in the queue will be allocated per Tomorrowland Account.

3.4.7 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to limit the time the Customer is in the online ticket shop in order to allow as many people as possible to purchase tickets. If the purchase is not completed within this time limit, the Customer will automatically be removed from the online ticket shop and rejoin the queue.

3.4.8 Purchased Festival Products and/or Services cannot be exchanged for another type of Festival Product or Service (e.g. ticket/package).

3.5 Festival admission tickets

3.5.1 Your purchase with the Festival Organiser can only be processed when You pay the price for the Festival admission tickets included in Your order. After Your online purchase and payment are complete, You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

3.5.2 If You have purchased a festival admission ticket, entrance to the Festival is provided via the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The festival admission ticket is valid only for the day(s), time and place for which they are purchased and are not subject to exchange or return.

ATTENTION: The purchase confirmation email nor the voucher issued grant access to the Festival. Access to the Festival requires a Tomorrowland Bracelet, in the absence of which the Festival Organiser reserves the right to deny access.

3.5.3 The maximum number of admission tickets to the Festival that can be purchased in total is 8 Full Madness Passes or 8 Day Tickets for a maximum of 8 persons in total. The above limits apply for the entire Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 sales period (i.e. in Thailand, WorldWide and the Waiting List) for any combination of ticket types and cannot be cumulated at different sales times.

The Festival Organiser reserves the right to organise ticket sales other than those mentioned above. If applicable, the specific conditions for that particular sale will be published on www.thailand.tomorrowland.com so that the Main Buyer can make an informed purchase.

3.5.4 Access to the ticket shop for the Thailand sale is granted via the Tomorrowland Account used during pre-registration.

3.5.5 You are only allowed to participate in the sales with one account. If You purchase tickets with different accounts, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel all orders placed by You, from Your different accounts.

Personalisation

3.5.6 Each admission ticket to the Festival is provided to You via an e-ticket and must be personalised by entering the name, email address and nationality of the Festival Visitor. The Festival Visitor may be Yourself or other people for whom You purchase tickets.

3.5.7 Unless otherwise stated by the Festival Organiser, this personalisation of the Festival entry ticket must take place within the period specified in the ticket confirmation email sent to You. After this period, the personalisation is definitive and the personal data provided may no longer be changed. The Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel the sale of tickets for the Festival for which personalisation has not taken place within the relevant period.

3.5.8 If You purchase an entry ticket to the Festival not only for Yourself but also for others (Your "Guests"), it shall be Your sole responsibility to obtain - to the extent required by law - the consent of such persons to transmit their personal data to the Festival Organiser in the context of the personalisation of such ticket, as stated herein. The provisions of Article 2.3 shall apply accordingly.

3.5.9 Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) and applicable regulations.

3.6 Exchange Desk

3.6.1 The Exchange Desk can only be accessed for purchases made through the Festival Organiser (via the TicketMelon platform).

3.6.2 Admission tickets for the Festival can only be exchanged through the official Exchange Desk of the Festival Organiser. The Festival Organiser will offer tickets registered at the Exchange Desk for sale to those registered on the Waiting List. The Exchange Desk does not guarantee that Your ticket will be sold. You will not be able to exchange Your tickets for other tickets and/or packages, nor can You choose to whom You sell Your tickets and/or packages. Festival admission tickets that were exchanged and resold through the Exchange Desk will be refunded to the Main Buyer after deduction of a Ticket Refund Fee.

3.6.3 If a Festival entry ticket has been resold, this ticket will no longer give the original owner of the ticket access to the Festival.

3.6.4 If Your entire order has been resold via the Exchange Desk, the refund will be executed within a few weeks after the relevant Festival Products and/or Services have been resold. If only part of Your Festival Products and/or Services have been offered and resold via the Exchange Desk, the partial refund will not be executed until several weeks after the Festival.

3.7 Tomorrowland Bracelet

3.7.1 For each Festival entry ticket purchased and personalized, the Festival Organiser will provide You with a Tomorrowland Bracelet, which must be registered before entry to the Festival can be granted to the Festival Visitor. A Tomorrowland Bracelet is personal and can only allow one (1) person access to the Festival.

3.7.2 The Festival Organiser will send all Tomorrowland Bracelets in advance, starting from the end of November 2026. With the exception of sales occasions where it is explicitly stated that no Treasure Cases will be sent/provided, the Tomorrowland Bracelets will be sent in a Treasure Case and (by default) to the address specified in Your Tomorrowland Account, unless You specify a different shipping address during the purchase process. You can only enter one (1) shipping address for Your purchase.

3.7.3 It is not possible to change the shipping addresses for Your Tomorrowland Bracelets after You have completed Your purchase, unless You have changed residence within the period specified below. In this case, You must provide the Festival Organiser with an official document from the local authorities showing that You have changed residence. Deadline for submission of another shipping address due to change of residence is 31 July 2026. The Festival Organiser cannot guarantee the change of shipping address for applications received after that date.

If You make Your purchase through IAsia or a Travel Partner, shipping address options or other changes to Your order will be governed solely by the applicable terms and conditions of IAsia or that Travel Partner.

3.7.4 The Festival Organiser reserves the right not to deliver a Treasure Case if the Tomorrowland Bracelet is (exceptionally) delivered via Pick Up.

3.7.5 For Festival tickets purchased as part of a Pick Up sale, Tomorrowland Bracelets will not be sent, but must always be picked up at the Pick Up box office at the Festival. Treasure Cases are not included with Festival tickets as part of Pick Up sales.

3.7.6 All Festival admission (e-)tickets have a unique code and only the first scan of such code can allow for access to the Festival. Any individuals, even the Main Buyer, who request access to the Festival, with a unique code that has been scanned before will be refused access to the Festival.

3.8 Entry to the Festival and identity check

3.8.1 Only a legitimate and registered Tomorrowland Bracelet can grant the Festival Visitor access to the Festival Site. In order to be admitted to the Festival, the Festival Visitor must always be in possession of a valid Tomorrowland Bracelet registered in his/her name and comply with the provisions of Annex 1 and Annex 2. The Festival Visitor enters the Festival Site at his/her own risk.

3.8.2 All Tomorrowland Bracelets shall be scanned and validated upon entering the Festival Site

3.8.3 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to check (or have checked by designated representatives) the identity of anyone entering the Festival Site. If one cannot be identified or if the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the identity of the person entering as stated on the identity document, the person concerned will be refused entry to the Festival. A valid proof of identity can be a valid identity card, passport or driving license. The name on the identity document must be the same as the name on which the Tomorrowland Bracelet is registered. Copies of identity documents will not be accepted.

3.8.4 A denied admission in accordance with these Conditions does not entitle anyone to a refund.

3.8.5 For security reasons, Festival Visitors who leave the Festival Site are not allowed to re-enter the Festival Site until the following day.

3.9 Other services

3.9.1 The Tomorrowland Bracelet not only serves as an admission ticket to the Festival. Purchased Pearls are also topped onto this bracelet. The Festival Visitor is obliged to scan his/her Tomorrowland Bracelet in order to enter the Festival Site, or exclusive zones to which his/her Tomorrowland Bracelet gives access and to access/use the purchased Pearls.

Loss or theft of your Tomorrowland Bracelet

3.9.2 You are solely responsible for loss or theft of Your Tomorrowland Bracelet after receipt from the Festival Organiser (in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions).

3.9.3 If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Festival Organiser, the Treasure Case and/or Tomorrowland Bracelet cannot be delivered to the address indicated (including errors in the personal details You provide during the registration and purchase procedure, or because the postal package containing the Treasure Case and Your Tomorrowland Bracelet cannot be delivered by the postal services in the destination country), You must contact the Festival Organiser so that it can arrange a collection of the Tomorrowland Bracelet for You at the Pick Up box office at the Festival. Only Festival Visitors in possession of a valid e-ticket and corresponding ID can collect their personalised Tomorrowland Bracelet. A Tomorrowland Bracelet must always be activated before the Festival Visitor can use it to access the Festival and receive the services listed here.

3.9.4 In case of loss or theft, the Festival Organiser is never obliged to provide You with a new Treasure Case and/or Tomorrowland Bracelet, nor can a refund be demanded.

4. Cancellations and refunds

4.1 For purchases from the Festival Organiser (via the Ticketmelon platform), cancellations and refunds can only be processed as provided here.

For purchases from IAsia or a Travel Partner, the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by IAsia or the respective Travel Partner's terms and conditions. The Festival Organiser bears no liability whatsoever.

5. Image Rights

5.1 The Festival Organiser captures atmospheric images that may be used in content such as aftermovies and social media posts. If the Festival Organiser features an individual specifically, permission to capture and use the image will be requested from that individual. Such permission may also be given implicitly. For more details, please refer to the Festival Organiser’s Privacy Statement (http://www.thailand.tomorrowland.com/en/sales-info/your-privacy/privacy-policy).

6. Liability

6.1 Liability of the Customer and Festival Visitor

Refusal of access

6.1.1 Those who fail to comply with these Conditions may be immediately refused entry to or removed from the Festival Site. No refunds shall be made unless otherwise agreed here.

6.1.2 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to multiple editions of the Festival and/or other events organised by the Festival Organiser and its affiliates, depending on the nature of non-compliance with these Conditions (e.g. in case of selling drugs at the Festival or bracelet fraud).

Prosecution

The Festival Organiser reserves the right to prosecute any holder of forged tickets relating to the Festival and Tomorrowland Bracelets and any person who fails to comply with these Conditions.

6.2 Liability of the Festival Organiser

Direct damage

6.2.1 The Festival Organiser shall only be liable for damages directly and exclusively resulting from an error by the Festival Organiser. Excluded from compensation are (i) damages and losses caused by Force Majeure, (ii) consequential damages and (iii) damages caused by misconduct, recklessness or serious fault by the damaged party.

6.2.2 The Festival Organiser is not liable for damages, theft or any accidents to vehicles or persons in the Festival's official parking lots. The use of the parking lots is always at own risk.

7. Rights reserved to the Festival Organiser

For security reasons, situations of unforeseeable circumstances, Force Majeure, or another demonstrable compelling reason, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to:

cancel or postpone the Festival, either partly or entirely ;
interrupt or stop the Festival
inspect any vehicle at any time;
temporarily keep Festival Visitors on the Festival Site;
completely or partly evacuate the Festival Site ;
deny access to the Festival Site regardless of possession of a valid admission ticket;
change the Festival’s program or schedule;
make changes to parking lots, schedules, musical attractions and/or any other content of the Festival Products and/or Services..

8. Cancellation / Postponement

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Festival, You will be entitled to compensation in respect of the purchased Festival Products and/or Services in accordance with applicable law, but You will not be entitled to compensation for any other damages (direct or indirect).

In the event the purchase of the Festival Products and/or Services constitutes part of a larger collaboration agreement with regard to the Festival, the terms and conditions with regard to cancellation and/or postponement of the Festival under that agreement shall prevail over the cancellation and postponement provisions in these Conditions.

9. Festival Products and/or Services purchased from the Festival Organiser

9.1 Ticketmelon platform

9.1.1 Festival Products and Services can be purchased directly from the Festival Organiser, via a Tomorrowland Account and via the Ticketmelon platform. A purchase can only be processed after the purchase price for the concerned Festival Products and Services has been paid in full:

Admission ticket for the Festival
Vouchers issued by the Festival Organiser (e.g. restaurant, locker, parking or other vouchers offered).

9.1.2 The Festival Organiser's Conditions and privacy policy and Ticketmelon’s terms and conditions and privacy policy are made available in full text and must be accepted before a purchase can be made.

9.2 Pearls

Pearls can be purchased via a Cashless Account and at cashless customer service points at the Festival and uploaded to a Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject specific terms and conditions , which will be made available in full text when purchasing Pearls and must be accepted before an online top-up purchase can be made. The terms and conditions for cashless payments will also be made available at the cashless customer service points at the Festival. Anyone purchasing his/her first Pearls through such cashless customer service point at the Festival will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions for cashless payments.

9.3 Spendings

Customers and Festival Visitors accept that no detailed invoices regarding individual spendings made at the Festival can be created and/or received, and this irrespective of the payment method.

10. Travel Packages

When You purchase a Travel Package, IAsia or the respective Travel Partner is Your contracting party. In such case, You enter into an agreement with IAsia or the Travel Partner, as the case may be.

For purchases of Travel Packages, the specific terms and conditions of sale of IAsia apply, together with these Conditions, and prevail in case of ambiguity or contradiction with these Conditions (e.g. for cancellation and refund). In this context, the Festival Organiser is released from any contractual liability towards You.

For purchases from IAsia, the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by IAsia’s general terms and conditions. The Festival Organiser bears no responsibility in this regard whatsoever.

11. Festival Products and/or Services purchased from IAsia or a Travel Partner

11.1 When You purchase Festival Products and/or Services through IAsia or a Travel Partner, IAsia or the respective Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organiser) is Your contracting party. You enter into an agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions of purchase, as well as to these Conditions. In case of conflict or ambiguity, the terms from the agreement between You and IAsia or the Travel Partner take precedence over these Conditions.

It is the sole responsibility of IAsia or the Travel Partner to provide You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the agreement with You. In this context, the Festival Organiser is released from any contractual liability to You.

11.2 For purchases from IAsia or a Travel Partner, the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by IAsia or the Travel Partner's general terms and conditions. The Festival Organiser bears no liability whatsoever.

12. Privacy

12.1 When purchasing and/or using Festival Products and/or Services, personal data will be processed in accordance with the Festival Organiser's privacy policy, as available at www.thailand.tomorrowland.com

12.2 When purchasing through IAsia or a Travel Partner, You are subject to the privacy policy of that party. The Festival Organiser has no control over the information You enter there and how it is processed and is in no way responsible for it. It is Your responsibility to use this thoughtfully and read the privacy policies of these third parties carefully before accepting them.

13. Applicable law, competent court and ODR

13.1 These Conditions are governed exclusively by Thai law, to the exclusion of the rules of international private law.

13.2 All disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Thailand, to the exclusion of all other courts. However, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to file a claim with the court that would be competent under the legal jurisdiction rules.

14. Other provisions

14.1 If any provision of these Conditions, or any part thereof, is or is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Conditions or the remainder of that provision shall remain in full force and effect and such provision shall be automatically replaced (by operation of law) by a valid provision that is as close as possible to the invalid provision.

Annex 1: Access to the Festival

1. Festival opening hours

1.1 The opening hours, Thailand time (GMT+7), of the Festival are as follows (subject to change):

Friday 11 December 2026 - 13:00 – 01:00
Saturday 12 December 2026 - 13:00 – 01:00
Sunday 13 December 2026 - 13:00 – 00:00

1.2 The line-up of artists determines the accessibility of the number of stages and the opening hours of each stage. Outside a stage's opening hours, the stage area is not accessible to the public.

1.3 With a validated Tomorrowland Bracelet, the Festival Visitor can check-in on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 23:00; after 23:00 it is no longer possible to enter the Festival Site. The Festival Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to Festival Visitors who arrive on Friday, Saturday or Sunday after 23:00 to the Festival Site, even if the Festival visitor holds a valid Festival entry ticket.

2. Festival programme

2.1 The Festival Organiser may, for compelling reasons (e.g. weather conditions, security, artist cancellations), be required to change or modify the Festival programme and to close Festival stages. In this case, the Festival entry ticket will remain valid and no entry tickets will be refunded or exchanged (in whole or in part).

Annex 2: Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 House Rules

Tomorrowland aims to be a safe and inclusive place, where everyone feels welcome and comfortable, where nobody faces discrimination or harassment. We wish that everyone, regardless of gender, orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity or disabilities, can be themselves, feel safe and be treated respectfully at the Festival. To achieve this, we expect all visitors to behave responsibly, and the following house rules apply to all visitors of Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 (the 'House Rules'). Always aim to be the best version of yourself!

The House Rules are an integral part of the Conditions and are also posted at the entrance to the Festival.

The House Rules are always implemented in accordance with locally applicable rules and regulations.

Tickets & Bracelets

Tickets for the Festival and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets are in principle non-refundable or -exchangeable.
In case of loss or theft of Festival tickets and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets, these will not be replaced or refunded.
Persons under 20 will not be admitted, even if accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adolescents.
The Festival Organiser and/or the Official Sales Channel reserve the right to check the identity of the Festival Visitor when checking the ticket and/or scanning the Tomorrowland Bracelet. If you are unable to present a valid identification document, security is authorised to refuse you access to the Festival. The following are considered valid identification documents: identity card, passport or driving licence. Copies will not be accepted. If you are caught with a false identity document, this will be considered identity fraud and you will be refused entry to the Festival. You will also face criminal charges.
Tickets for the Festival and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets can never be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the prior express permission of the Festival Organiser.
Tickets for the Festival, and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets cannot be resold without the prior express and written consent of the Festival Organiser or Official Sales Channel. Tickets for the Festival and that are resold without such prior express and written consent of the Festival Organiser and/or Offcial Sales Channel shall not entitle you to access the Festival. The Festival Organiser and/or Official Sales Channel reserve the right to cancel tickets for the Festival as soon as it is established that those tickets for the Festival have been offered for sale despite this prohibition. The costs resulting from such cancellation shall be recovered from the buyer.
Changes in the line-up shall not result in a full or even partial refund of the ticket for the Festival.
Forgery of tickets, Vouchers and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets shall be prosecuted.
Visitors cannot enter areas to which their Tomorrowland Bracelet does not grant access (e.g. the comfort zone, press zones, backstage, the 'front of house'/direction zone, stages, etc.).

Access Control

Access control is based on applicable legislation, aimed at detecting weapons and/or dangerous objects. Should such items be present on the Festival Site, they could have a negative impact on the smooth running of the event or endanger the safety of other Festival Visitors.
Entry to the Festival Site may be refused and visitors may be removed from the Festival Site (without entitlement to a refund of the entry fee) if, in the opinion of the Festival Organiser or its representatives, a visitor is or could reasonably constitute a danger to himself and/or others Festival Visitors, in particular if the visitor: (the following list is not exhaustive):
- is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- is in possession of drugs or dealing drugs;
- had previously been refused entry to other events/meetings by the Festival Organiser or other authorities;
- displays behaviour or wears clothing clearly aimed at disturbing the peace, provoking or inciting violence, hatred, anger, xenophobia, racial hatred, etc;
- endanger the lives of other visitors;
- is in possession of prohibited items;
- refuses to be searched by authorised security personnel;
- refuses or fails to comply with the Conditions.

Security Check

Entry to the Festival Site implies acceptance of all prevention and control measures taken by the Festival Organiser or security team, including the search of persons and bags.
Anyone wishing to enter the Festival Site may be searched by authorised security personnel before gaining access to the Festival Site always in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations.
Authorised security personnel may ask people of the same sex to be searched and/or have their clothes and luggage searched to intercept prohibited items as set out in the House Rules (as incorporated herein). If prohibited items are found, security personnel have the right to confiscate them and refuse the holder and/or owner access to the Festival. In case of such confiscation or refusal, no refund will be made. Prohibited items that must be surrendered in order to access the Festival cannot be stored or kept in a secure location by the Festival Organiser. Any surrendered or abandoned items will not be safeguarded, and the Festival Organiser cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of such items.
Everyone present on the Festival Site must at all times comply with the instructions and guidelines of the Festival Organiser or his authorised representatives on the Festival Site in order to ensure public order and safety during the Festival.
For security reasons, the Festival Organiser reserves the right:
- to pause or stop the Festival;
- to prevent visitors from leaving the Festival grounds until further notice;
- to ask visitors to leave the Festival Site;
- to refuse visitors access to the Festival Site even if they are in possession of a valid admission ticket.
Visitors of Tomorrowland are not allowed:
- to enter zones to which their Tomorrowland Bracelet does not grant access (the comfort zone, press zones, backstage, the 'front of house'/direction zone, stages, etc.);
- to climb on tents, structures, fences, light bridges, benches or other structures on the Festival Site;
- to block entrances, exits and emergency exits;
- to disguise themselves so as to be unrecognisable with the intention of disturbing the peace or endangering the safety of other visitors;
- to sell food, drinks or other products without the express permission of the Festival Organiser;
- throwing or shooting objects in solid, liquid or gas form;
- to smoke in places where smoking is prohibited, especially in tents, buildings and other indoor venues;
- to urinate in public, except in places provided for that purpose;
- to wear full face masks (masks, morph suites, etc.);
- to park a vehicle without official permission from the Festival Organiser. Cars may be towed away at the owner/user's expense;
- to take down, tear down or destroy decorations;
- to steal decorations or other material owned by the Festival Organiser, its employees and/or its suppliers;
- to make open fire;
- to do crowd surfing or stage diving;
- to be involved in in any (sexual) criminal offences;
- to wear texts, symbols, objects, clothing and/or other (visible) external expressions that explicitly refer to a political, social movement or group. Anything indicating discrimination, incitement or racism is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited items

The following items are prohibited on the Festival Site
- bring your own food and drinks to the Festival Site;
- drugs or other illegal mind-altering substances;
- E-cigarette in any form deodorant or perfume in packages of more than 100 ml
- other objects (umbrellas, parasols, camera tripods, laser pens, etc.) that security personnel decide pose a risk to other Festival visitors;
- projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gas form;
- flammable products or materials and aerosols;
- pyrotechnic articles (fireworks, flares, etc.);
- other weapons or sharp, pointed objects (sticks, chains, knives, etc.);
- banners or objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts or expressions that may be used to disturb the peace, or that may endanger the safety of the crowd and/or cause injury or damage to persons and property;
- animals (except guide dogs for the vision impaired people);
- flags and/or shirts of football clubs;
- drones;
- any other objects that the Festival Organiser or its representatives deem dangerous to the organisation and passage of the Festival and/or other visitors.
However, the following items are allowed on the Festival
- grounds guide dogs for visually impaired people;
- disposable or pocket cameras;
- plastic sheeting and blankets to lie/sit on;
- sunscreen, cosmetics, deodorant in packs of up to 100 ml;
- refreshers / atomisers, small backpacks or other bags.
- selfie sticks that are less than 1 m long when extended and are intended for photography only.
It is forbidden to make open fires.
To preserve the safety of the Festival and other visitors, do not disguise yourself unrecognisably.
The directives and instructions of the (security) staff should always be followed immediately. In case of suspicion or actual possession of illegal or dangerous products, security personnel have the right to stop and search the person concerned.

Drug Policy = Zero Tolerance

Tomorrowland has an absolute zero tolerance policy on drugs! It is forbidden to carry, use, deal and/or be in the possession of drugs on the Festival Site . If you are caught doing so, you will be removed from the Festival Site and you will not be allowed to return. This policy is strictly enforced. Relevant incidents related to use, deal and/or possession of drugs will be transferred to the police.
It is forbidden to deal drugs on the Festival Site. If such a violation is discovered, you will be removed from the Festival Site and handed over to the police.
If a visitor is prescribed certain medication for health reasons, he/she must present a valid medical certificate before being allowed to bring that specific medication onto the Festival Site

Health of Visitors

Any special medical condition must be immediately reported to the Festival Organiser by reaching out to the medical aid tents, or, if known before entering the Festival, by writing to info@tomorrowlandthailand.com, with the explanation and official medical report and prescribed treatment and medication, in Thai, English, or translated by an official translator to one of these languages. You can also ask for help to the Festivalstaff or security to be taken to the first aid tents at the Festival areas (if applicable).

Controlled medication

The category ‘controlled medication’ refers to medication containing a substance referred to in the Annoucement of the Ministry of Public Health Regarding Special Controlled Drugs. The products referred to in this announcement can be found in the annexes to this Decree. Due to the generic structure classification, it is not possible to reproduce a limitative list of such substances. The Ministry of Public Health does provide an indicative, non-limitative list of those substances, that is updated regularly, through the following link: https://drug.fda.moph.go.th/announcement-ministry/53spc
Everyone who brings or uses controlled medication to or at the Festival must identify himself at the entrance to the Festival as such, presenting the original medical prescription, containing the patient’s name, the medication concerned and the prescribed dosage and signed by the doctor in charge, and the respective medications, in correspondence with the prescription and in amount compatible with the period of stay at the Festival. The document must expressly state the dosage indicated for the patient, therefore, only the medications and amounts indicated in the prescription will be allowed.
Patients who need to use syringes and/or need medication to be stored in refrigerators must also inform the Festival Organiser about this when entering the Festival. presenting the original medical prescription and the necessary materials. The service professionals will indicate how to proceed to keep all medication and necessary materials safely stored and in conditions of use.
All controlled medication may be subject to evaluation by the Festival’s medical team.
These provisions are without prejudice to any rules, legislation and/or governmental instructions regarding the use, possession and/or carrying of medication that may apply in Thailand or any other (transit) countries the Festival Visitor enters. For example, for the purposes of your travel and entrance to Thailand (or transit countries) additional or different rules, legislation and/or governmental instructions may apply. Each Festival Visitor is individual and solely responsible for the verification of and compliance with such rules, legislation, and instructions.

OTC medication

The category ‘over the counter’ (OTC) medication refers to medication that does not contain any substances referred to in the Annoucement of the Ministry of Public Health Regarding Special Controlled Drugs regulating narcotic and psychotropic substances and can be purchased directly from the shelves without a medical prescription, including household medicine pursuant to the Drug Act B.E. 2510 (1967), as amended.
Festival Visitors carrying OTC medication must also declare this medication at the entrance to the Festival , being allowed to enter with an amount compatible with normal daily use for one person, in accordance with the medication leaflet. In the case of liquid OTC medication, such medication must be presented in original packaging at the Festival entrance.
All OTC medication may be subject to evaluation by the Festival’s medical team.

Allergies

Festival Visitors who suffer from allergies to certain medications or other substances must carry identification of this condition, keep their companions informed of the situation, as well as immediately communicate their condition to the Festival’s medical team, in case of need.

Food Intolerance

In case the Festival Visitor has a specific type of dietary medical restriction (duly evidenced by a medical report), or if the Festival Visitor has a severe demonstrated intolerance to certain types of food and therefore needs to bring his/her own food because the food offered by the Festival does not beet his/her needs, the Festival Visitor is allowed to bring his/her own food.
Such conditions shall be duly evidenced by a medical report or prescription in Thai, Dutch, English, valid in Thailand, which may be requested at any time, including during the body and bags search before your access to the Festival.
We remind you that this is not a discretionary attitude of the Festival Organiser, but care that meets the requirements of control and responsibility for food and beverages from the health surveillance, to ensure the well-being of all festival visitors.

People with Disabilities and Special Needs

Tomorrowland makes every effort to make the Festival accessible to visitors with special needs. We pay a lot of attention to the accessibility of the Festival Site and its surroundings and are always looking to improve these conditions. Additional paving has been installed throughout the site to make the Festival Site easily accessible for visitors with disabilities.
Upon proof of the parking card (blue card), we will provide special reserved spaces to visitors with disabilities. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use this car park, by sending an e-mail to info@tomorrowlandthailand.com.
Guide dogs are welcome on the Festival grounds. Make sure they are easily identifiable.
Adapted toilets will be positioned in specific locations throughout the Festival area.

Breastfeeding and pumping

Festival Visitors who need to pump during their attendance at the Festival can do so, with their personal equipment, at the first aid points at the Festival. The Festival Visitors are required to bring their own pumping materials and equipment. The pumped milk can be stored at the first aid point.

Medical care

Tomorrowland will have an emergency medical service compatible with the size of the Festival. By attending the Festival and the Festival Visitor agrees to receive first aid medical assistance and, if applicable, be transferred to a hospital in the region in order to obtain treatment in case of any medical occurrence on the Festival and grounds that the medical professionals may deem convenient and necessary.
Festival Visitors acknowledge and are aware that there are dangers and risks of physical harm or illness and that, despite the Festival Organiser’s best efforts, not all risks can be fully eliminated. By entering the Festival Site, You voluntarily agree to assume and to cooperate in minimizing such risks.

The festival site - damage to materials

Wisdom Valley, the location of the Festival, is a nature reserve. Therefore, all visitors are requested to do their bit to keep the surroundings as clean as possible. On the Festival Site and the car park, it is clearly marked where you can leave your rubbish. Please make use of this. 'Love Tomorrow'.
The Festival Organiser puts in a lot of efforts and manpower to make the Festival a magical world. We ask every visitor to show due respect! Tearing off, breaking or any other form of destruction to the material of the Festival Organiser or its suppliers, including theft, will result in removal from the Festival. Entry will be denied for the remainder of the Festival and may be denied for subsequent years.
Visitors are not allowed to climb on tents, structures, fences, light bridges, benches or other structures on the Festival Site.

Merchandise

The official merchandise ‘Tomorrowland Store’ is only available at the Festival.

Photographs and video recordings - camera surveillance

Photo and video recordings will be made during the Festival. There is a good chance that you will be filmed. By entering the Festival Site, you agree to the processing of these images by the Festival Organiser and its partners.
Camera surveillance at the Festival will be carried out in accordance with local legislation. These recordings will only be used for security purposes during the Festival including but not limited to crowd control, safety monitoring, and incident management. The recordings will not be shared with third parties, except with the competent authorities upon receipt of a formal legal request or police order.
The Festival Organiser may refuse to the request for access to the recordings if such refusal is in accordance with the law or a court order, and if granting access would affect the rights and freedoms of other individuals.
The Festival Organiser and/or the official ticket vendor reserve the right to verify the identity of visitors.
Digital cameras and/or video cameras are allowed on the grounds with the exception of (semi-)professional equipment.

Toilets

Use of toilets is free of charge at the Festival . It is strictly forbidden to urinate in public, except in the places provided for that purpose. If you are caught urinating in public, you risk being removed from the Festival Site.

Smoke

Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas (such as tents, buildings and indoor venues).
The use of e-cigarettes, vape pens, or any electronic smoking devices is strictly prohibited on the festival site. Security staff reserve the right to confiscate any electronic smoking devices found on the premises.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in removal from the Festival Site without refund and return of the confiscated devices.

Promotion

It is forbidden to distribute flyers or put-up posters during the Festival. Visitors wishing to promote their own events can place an ad in the Tomorrowland newspaper distributed to visitors during the Festival. For more information, please visit promotion@tomorrowland.com.

Safety in front of and around the stage

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Crowd surfing and stage climbing or diving are prohibited at the Festival. Failure to comply with this rule may result in removal from the Festival Site without refund.
Visitors to the Festival should not block any entrances, exits and emergency exits.

Loss or damage

The artists and organisers of the Festival cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft, nor for any other accident.

Overview

The Festival Organiser may be forced to close stages due to weather conditions or other Force Majeure events. This will not result in a partial or full refund.

Parking

Parking is available near the Festival grounds. During the voucher sale, you can also buy a parking ticket that allows you to park in any of the car parks. It is not possible to reserve a specific car park or parking space. After payment, you will receive a voucher that you can use to park your car. The period for the voucher sale will be announced on our website.
The visitor expressly agrees to indemnify the Festival Organiser against any liability for damages caused to, theft of or other accidents involving vehicles or persons in the official parking lots of the Festival.

Lost & Found

Items lost during the Festival can be reported via the official Lost & Found form available on the website closer to the Festival. Festival Visitors are solely responsible for submitting a complete and accurate report through this form.
All items found by the Festival Organiser or handed in by Festival Visitors will be kept for a maximum period of two (2) months after the end of the Festival. After expiry of this retention period, the Festival Organiser will process all unclaimed items as follows:
- Unidentified clothing, backpacks, tents and similar items that cannot be linked to a specific owner will be donated to charity.
- Cash money found inside wallets or other personal items will be donated to the Tomorrowland Foundation.
- Thai identity documents will be transferred to the Thai police. The police only accepts Thai-issued identity documents.
- Foreign identity documents will be handled on a best-effort basis; if the owner can be identified, the document will be returned or shipped. If no link can be made, the document will be destroyed.
- Bank cards will only be returned or shipped if they can be linked to the rightful owner; unidentifiable cards will be destroyed.
The Festival Organiser cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of items, whether before, during or after the Festival, nor for items not retrieved within the retention period. The Festival Organiser does not ship lost items unless explicitly stated above and reserves the right to refuse shipment when identification cannot be confirmed.

Annex 3: Specific Terms and Conditions - Voucher sale

When purchasing Vouchers for the Festival, you must expressly agree to the present Specific Terms and Conditions – Voucher sale of the Festival Organiser (“Specific Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to such terms, you will not be able to purchase Vouchers for the Festival.

Terms not described in these Specific Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms and Conditions Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 (available here – www.thailand.tomorrowland.com) which also apply to your purchase. In case of conflict, the present Specific Terms and Conditions always prevail.

Please read these Specific Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General

1.1 A Tomorrowland Voucher is document regarding an additional purchase issued by the Festival Organiser or an independent third party that entitles the holder thereof to specific products or services, as applicable (e.g. restaurants, locker providers or shuttle services), on or around the Festival Site.

If You purchase Vouchers, the aforementioned third party may be Your contractor. If so, You enter into an agreement with such third party and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made. Please note that these Conditions will prevail in case of conflict or ambiguity. In such situations, the Festival Organiser shall be exempt from any contractual liability with regard to the services purchased vis-à-vis You.

1.2 The products and/or services offered through the Voucher may be subject to specific terms and conditions as well. These specific terms and conditions will be communicated and need to be accepted by the Customer upon the purchase.

1.3 Every purchase of Vouchers is final. It is not possible to cancel or change a Voucher.

1.4 In case of Force Majeure preventing the performance of services related to the Voucher, the value of the Vouchers will be compensated in accordance with applicable law. No further compensation can be claimed.

Annex 4: IAsia Specific Terms & Conditions

When you finalise your booking with IAsia, you are confirming that you agree with this specific terms and conditions (“Specific T&Cs”). It is important to read these Specific T&Cs carefully before finalising your booking. IAsia assumes that in addition to the Specific T&Cs prescribed below, you are also aware of the General Terms and Conditions Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 (“General T&Cs”) above.
In addition, IAsia assumes that you have read all information on the website relevant to your trip.

If there is any conflict between this IAsia Specific Terms & Conditions and the General T&Cs, this IAsia Specific T&Cs shall prevail.

1. Formation and contents of the agreement

1.1 Formation

Once you have provided all necessary information and accepted the General T&Cs and the Specific T&Cs, IAsia considers this to be a firm and final booking. These Specific T&Cs apply in the event of any modification (change) or cancellation. IAsia also considers a booking request a firm and final contract. After the formation of the agreement, the traveler will receive a written or electronic confirmation, possibly in the form of an invoice, containing minimum details prescribed under applicable law as listed below in the Standard information form for Package Travel Sales Contract (the “Sales Contract”).

1.2 Revocation

The tour operator’s offer is made without obligation and may, where appropriate, be revoked. Revocation must take place as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after acceptance, with an indication of reasons. Revocation due to the correction of errors in the calculation of the travel price is permitted. Revocation due to an increase of the travel price must be subject to clause 3.3 below. If the period ends on a Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.

1.3 Travel time

If, in the event of trips that include transportation, the travel time and duration of the stay is indicated in days in the publication, the days of departure and arrival are considered full days, regardless of the actual departure and arrival times. In some instances, the actual duration of the stay at the destination may be shorter than the duration indicated in the publication. IAsia has no influence over this and cannot be held liable for unfavourable arrival or departure times. IAsia is not liable for delays due to the force majeure event.

1.4 Publication

The photos shown on the website are provided by the accommodation providers, local tourist offices and professional photographers. They are for illustrative purposes only. As individual apartments or hotel rooms are not identical, the accommodation provided on site may differ from the photos on the website. For any typographical mistakes, IAsia cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.

IAsia reserves the right to unilaterally change the Travel Package, insofar as it concerns an insignificant change. In the event of such an insignificant change, IAsia will inform you accordingly.

1.5 Privacy

If you book a Travel Package, IAsia requires your personal data. This data will be handled with care by IAsia in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand. 2. Travel Price

2.1 Price

Prices are shown in Thai Baht per person and per package. If other currencies are shown, this is purely an indication based on the current conversion rate and not taking into account any extra bank charges.

Package prices are subject to availability and prices can change during the sales period. The package prices you may have seen in the package simulator are not guaranteed and may be updated ultimately before you make your purchase. When you make a search on the website for a specific hotel package, the website will then check the live availability and price.

2.2 Local costs

The hotel deserves the right to ask for a deposit for any hotel room incidentals from you directly. Locker fees, parking fees or similar costs, if any, must be paid on site. The prices indicated for such local costs are an indication and may vary locally. IAsia is not responsible for differences of opinions between you and the accommodation provider concerning these costs.

2.3 Modification of the travel price

Price modifications are rare, but IAsia reserves the right to change package costs based on supplier fluctuations, taxes and duties.

The prices are determined on the basis of the fares, taxes and exchange rates in force on the date of pricing. If changes occur in any of said components after that date, IAsia reserves the right to pass on these costs. The change is calculated based on the difference between the current price and the price applicable on the reference date. You are entitled to a price reduction (less actual administrative costs) if these costs decrease for the same reasons.

3. Bookings and Payment

3.1 Main Buyer

The person who books the trip (the “Main Buyer”) is solely responsible (also for all other people for whom they book). All communication (including payments) between the traveler(s) and the travel agent takes place exclusively through the Main Buyer. The Main Buyer and their fellow travelers must be at least 20 years of age to book a Travel Package with IAsia.

You are obliged to comply with all instructions given by or on behalf of IAsia and you are liable for any damage caused by your actions. If you cause or can cause such nuisance that the proper execution of the travel agreement is hindered or if your behavior poses a danger to yourself, your travel companions or the parties involved in your trip, IAsia can exclude you from (continuation of) (part of) the trip. The resulting costs are at your own expense.

3.2 Changes

Personalization needs to be done immediately upon the conclusion of the package agreement during the booking process. Each ticket must be assigned to one individual. From 1 May 2026, until 30 June 2026, the Main Buyer can request a name change. For each name change a fee of THB 12,500 will be charged. A postponement of the departure date or a reduction of the number of paying travellers will be considered a (partial) cancellation and will be subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.

3.3 Cancellation

Please note that a cancellation is never free of charge. IAsia can only process a cancellation if it has been submitted in writing by the person who booked the trip. A co-traveler is not jointly and severally liable and therefore cannot submit a cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation, until and including March 31, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 80% of the total package price will be refunded
Cancellation until and including April 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 50% of the total package price will be refunded
Cancellation until and including June 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 30% of the total package price will be refunded
Cancellation after June 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: no refund will be provided

In the event of cancellation, the insurance premium, if applicable, and the booking fees are always charged in addition to the cancellation fees, unless these fees cover the full price of the trip. Extras purchased during the add on sale must be paid immediately and are never refundable (cancellation fee = 100%).

3.4 Payment

Unless expressly otherwise agreed, you will be required to pay the total price of the package you purchase upon the conclusion of the package agreement during the booking process and the main buyer will receive a confirmation email describing the booking made and services acquired.

Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express), bank transfer or Union Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

4. Before your trip

4.1 Travel documents

It is forbidden to travel with an expired passport or identity card. In some countries, your passport must be valid for a certain number of months after your return. You must verify this yourself with the relevant authorities. You must always check with the embassy of your destination country whether a visa is required. Having the correct travel documents is and remains your own responsibility at all times.

4.2 Health & medical aspects

You must inform yourself via the relevant authorities whether there are health recommendations applicable to your destination (vaccinations and other preventive measures against diseases). This also applies to any cross-border excursions. For up-to-date information on vaccinations and other health and travel data, we advise consulting your country’s travel advisories. Any damage or costs arising from a lack of information or the absence of preventive measures is at your own expense.

4.3 Travel advice

You must consult the travel advice for your destination issued by the competent autorities.

5. On Site

5.1 Tour guides

Our team of tour guides is international. All of them speak English (as well as their native language).

5.2 Tracking

Your travel during your travel duration shall be subject our tracking system in compliance with applicable law.

6. Language

These Special T&Cs are executed in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.

7. Force Majeure

IAsia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, government orders, travel restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, supplier failures, airline disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or failures of utilities or communication systems, including Bad Weather Conditions (“Force Majeure Event”).

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, IAsia shall be entitled to suspend, modify, substitute, or cancel the affected services without liability, and any refund or alternative arrangement shall be handled strictly in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

8. Event Dependency - Festival-related disclaimer

The traveler acknowledges that the travel package is linked to a specific event and that the organization, scheduling, format, lineup, location and occurrence of such event are outside IAsia’s control.

In the event that the event or festival is cancelled, postponed, curtailed, rescheduled, relocated, or held in a modified or alternative format for any reason beyond IAsia’s control, IAsia shall not be liable for any claims arising solely from such event-related changes, provided that the travel services forming part of the package remain available or are replaced in accordance with applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAsia’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total travel sum actually paid by the traveler for the relevant booking.

IAsia shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of profits or reputational loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The above limitation and exclusion apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not cover gross negligence or intentional acts.

10. Cancellation costs - acknowledgement

The traveler acknowledges and agrees that the cancellation fees specified in these Special T&Cs represent a genuine and reasonable pre-estimate of losses, costs, and administrative expenses incurred by IAsia, including but not limited to supplier commitments, event-related allocations and operational costs.

11. Assumption of risk

The traveler acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with travel and attendance at large-scale events, including but not limited to weather conditions, crowd management, security measures, changes in program or lineup, and operational limitations. Such risks shall not constitute a breach of this agreement.

12. Assignment

IAsia may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any entity within the IAsia group or in connection with a merger, amalgamation, restructuring or transfer of business.

The traveler may not assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of IAsia.

13. Survival

Any provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination or completion of the agreement, including but not limited to governing law, jurisdiction, limitation of liability, cancellation costs, complaints, payment obligations and dispute resolution provisions, shall survive such termination or completion.

14. Cross-border enforcement

The parties acknowledge that enforcement of these Special T&Cs outside Thailand may be subject to local procedural laws; however, such procedural matters shall not affect the governing law and jurisdiction agreed herein.

15. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about your Travel Package with IAsia, you must first contact the IAsia host at your destination. Please check your travel documents for their contact information. If you are not satisfied with your accommodation in any way, in addition to contacting your IAsia guide, please also report this immediately to the reception of your accommodation. Our guide is ready for you to resolve your complaints on site. In most cases, this approach makes it possible to resolve your complaint immediately. After your return, it is of course no longer possible to remedy the issue.

If your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, it is essential to send an email explaining the incident to tomorrowlandthailand@iasiathailand.com. At the latest IAsia must receive this no later than two months after the end of your trip. Sending the Customer Care form without any supporting documentation, will not be sufficient to handle your complaint. After receipt, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt and provide a reasoned response to your comments within one month.

If your complaint relates to IAsia or to the booking process itself, you can submit your complaint via the contact form on the website. Before departure, no acknowledgment of receipt will be sent, as we aim to respond within four (4) weeks (or sooner if the departure date is near).

16. Governing law and competent court

All agreements concluded with our customers, regardless of their place of residence, are exclusively governed by Thai law. In the event of disputes, only the competent Thai courts are competent.

17. Inconsistency

Except as expressly specified by these Specific T&Cs, all other terms of the General T&Cs remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

18. Standard information form for Package Travel Contracts

Under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 25845 (2002) of Thailand, the direct marketing operator shall have the duty to provide the documents related to the purchase and sale of goods or services to the consumers, i.e. the Sales Contract. The Sales Contract shall be made in easily understood Thai language and shall contain at least the following particulars:

1. Names of the purchaser and the seller;

2. Date of the Sales and the delivery date of the goods or services;

3. Rights of the purchaser to terminate the agreement (prescribed with emphasized alphabets);

4. Scheduled time, place and method of payment of debt;

5. Place and method of delivery of goods or service;

6. Method for termination of the contract;

7. Method for returning of goods;

8. Warranty on goods; and

9. Replacement of goods in case of its defect.

You are not entitled to claim for any refund unless the change is made to significant terms prescribed under applicable law (including the travel duration, travel sum, payment method, accommodation, transportation, etc.) and only after we have duly received your payment.
